Nature's Rhythm Yoga is an intuitive form of yoga, based on an awareness of our interconnectedness with the movement of the moon and planets and the natural rhythms of our bodies.
Join Karen to explore this new form of yoga, with four practises based on the four main phases of the moon, each with its own energy and qualities, linking with differing elements and chakras.
Each session incorporates a flowing sequence specific to the moon phase, asana and breath work practices and finishes with a relaxing meditation.
